Equipment working principle
The detector adopts the principle of permanent magnet and magnetic flux leakage. When testing, first use a detector to magnetically saturate the wire rope. Then, the magnetic head wraps the wire rope and runs at a relatively constant speed. Any defects in the wire rope such as broken wires, wear, corrosion, etc. will cause changes in magnetic flux or magnetic leakage, which will be captured by the coil sensor, converted into electrical signals, and output as intuitive analog signals.
