(1) High friction coefficient
The friction coefficient is the most important parameter of the friction liner, and its size determines the lifting capacity and operation safety and stability of the hoist. Different materials, different dual friction payments, and different media between the reflection of the friction coefficient is also different. For the friction liner used in the friction elevator, the maximum design friction coefficient of the friction liner at home and abroad is 0.25. Taking into account the relationship between the test value, allowable value and design value of the friction liner, the allowable value must be greater than 10% of the design value of the safety reserve, WK868 high-performance friction liner, in the case of using NYROSTEN N113 grease, the allowable value of the friction coefficient is 0.292; In the case of ELASSKON II Star oils, the allowable friction coefficient is 0.31; Fully meet the requirements of the use of multi-rope friction elevator, to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment operation.
(2)Suitable hardness
Hardness reflects the ability of the material to resist deformation. When the steel wire rope is in contact with the friction liner, the friction liner deforms and absorbs the kinetic energy generated by the vibration, jitter and torsion of the steel wire rope to reduce the vibration of the equipment. At the same time, the deformation of the liner can increase the contact area between the liner and the wire rope to ensure the friction. In JB/T 10347-2015 "friction elevator friction liner", the hardness is required to be HD40-70, mainly considering the current domestic friction liner materials are polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polymer composite materials and other diversification. The hardness of WK868 high-performance friction liner is HD53-69, and the appropriate hardness range not only ensures the excellent performance of the friction liner, but also absorbs the kinetic energy of the wire rope, reduces the wear of the wire rope, and plays the role of protecting the wire rope. At the same time, the appropriate hardness has good machinability, avoiding the problem of nibbling and shaking during the later processing of the rope groove.
(3)High density and high compressive strength
WK868 High performance friction pad density of 1.4g/cm³, the high density of the friction pad, the resistance to pressure and wear performance is excellent, can adapt to different drilling conditions, without the problem of edge and block. The working state of the friction gasket determines that the gasket should have a certain compressive strength. The design specifications point out that the maximum working pressure borne by the gasket under normal working condition is below 3Mpa. Taking into account special circumstances, such as emergency braking, the working pressure borne by the gasket will be doubled. The WK868 high performance friction pad has a good pressure reserve value and can be adapted to different emergency and deep well operating conditions.
(4)Excellent aging resistance
Rubber and plastic materials have a fatal weakness, that is, aging. Once the material is aging, the mechanical properties decline sharply, and if it is not replaced in time, the equipment has major accident risks. For example, polyurethane aging occurs after two years of normal placement time. WK868 high-performance friction liner, excellent anti-aging performance, use or storage for 10 years performance does not change.
